Happy Monday! Welcome back to Acting Class Daily and Class Three of The Elysium Aesthetic. It’s the third week of the month, which means our focus is on our Instrument.

We live with tiny weights tied to the strings of our imagination.

Spending all day with a Daily Body and Intellect that knows our limits.

That knows exactly what is not possible.

What cannot be done.

In our artistry section we are wisening our instrument daily. Doing the work to build a magnet - a hunger - inside our soul that will lead us to success in the moment …

It’s life work.

But we want muscles now.

We want to break free of limitation … now.

We want to grow possibility … now.

We want something to accept us for who we are and grow us forward from there.

And we want those muscles now.

This week, we’re applying our Olympic Spirit to the next area of our instrument, the next piece of our humanity … it’s time for the first part of our Imagination Practice.

The Olympic Spirit

We’ll use this space to recap each week’s personal crafting work - and share the discoveries and challenges of teammates within our community.

Personal Crafting Work

Crossing The Threshold

Entering into our Imagination Practice with the spirit of surrender and acceptance.

  1. Become aware of your Elysium Artist grabbing your attention in mischievous ways.

  2. Notice where your Elysium Artist comes to rest, waiting for you just beyond a threshold.

  3. Each step forward, towards your Elysium Artist, deepens your connection.

  4. Allow your eyes to close as you cross the threshold through the portal of your Elysium Artist.

Playground of Possibility

Unleashing imagination in your Playground of Possibility.

  1. Land your first foot, then the other, beyond the threshold into uncontrollable, imaginative largesse.

  2. Shoot out your first arm, then the other, then your neck and head, allowing them to grow larger and larger, breaking all barriers.

  3. Open your eyes to the largesse of color and other visual tastes.

  4. Release imaginative movement that grows larger and faster, breaking the boundaries of possible.

  5. With each boundary you break, release an imaginative vocal roar of “I Can Do Anything!”

Put It Up On The Wall!

We had a tradition of capturing quotes on the Elysium walls. The torch has now been passed to the digital realm. We’ll use this space to highlight quotes and translate those terms we tend to throw around.
