Happy Wednesday! Welcome back to Acting Class Daily. Let’s dig in to this week’s personal crafting work - adding resources, recommendations, and troubleshooting tips inspired by the discoveries and challenges of EA teammates worldwide.
Crossing The Threshold
Entering into our Imagination Practice with the spirit of surrender and acceptance.
Become aware of your Elysium Artist grabbing your attention in mischievous ways.
Notice where your Elysium Artist comes to rest, waiting for you just beyond a threshold.
Each step forward, towards your Elysium Artist, deepens your connection.
Allow your eyes to close as you cross the threshold through the portal of your Elysium Artist.
Forward (class clip)
Playground of Possibility
Unleashing imagination in your Playground of Possibility.
Land your first foot, then the other, beyond the threshold into uncontrollable, imaginative largesse.
Shoot out your first arm, then the other, then your neck and head, allowing them to grow larger and larger, breaking all barriers.
Open your eyes to the largesse of color and other visual tastes.
Release imaginative movement that grows larger and faster, breaking the boundaries of possible.
With each boundary you break, release an imaginative vocal roar of “I Can Do Anything!”
Step-By-Step (class clip)
Here’s a complimentary class clip, followed by a visual taste of this week’s muscle-builder.

Members: Share a way your Elysium Artist surprised you before settling “beyond the threshold.”
This week I’ve added THREE new songs to our EA Physical Practice playlist.
Hide and Seek (Imogen Heap) to invite the taste of touch, This Year’s Love (David Gray) to inspire the permission of our lazy, Sunday morning roll, and Don’t Let Your Feet Touch Ground (Ash Koley) to inspire your world of standing, and spinning into the unknown.
The EA Physical Practice playlist is setup to be used three songs at a time, offering new flavors and colors to each of your explorations.

Welcome to our EA Imagination Practice playlist.
The playlist begins with Perpetual Mobile (Penguin Cafe Orchestra) to ignite our Michael Chekhov work, welcome our mischievous Elysium Artist, and stir the feel of forward.
This week I’ve added Baba O’Riley (The Who) to our playlist.
Songs are added weekly, inspiring new levels of permission and play as you cross the threshold into your playground of possibility.
