De-structure/Re-structure
As the first part of your EA Vocal Practice:
De-structure your breath by Doing Nothing (Physical Practice baseline).

From Floor To Feet
Bringing your re-structured breath into a standing position:
Find yourself on your belly.
Allow yourself to move through the EA Breathing Structure using a target found in the center of the earth.
Allow yourself to be moved through (and release into) cat stretches, child’s pose, up into campfire pose, hanging over the waist, and finally rolling up your spine into standing.
Release into your tripod of support with a “floppy dragon’s tail.”
Allow yourself to move through the EA Breathing Structure using a target found across from you in the space.

EA Physical Practice Playlist (Spotify)
EA Physical Practice Playlist (Apple Music)
This week I’ve added THREE new songs to our EA Physical Practice playlist.
Lost (Anouk) to invite the taste of touch, World Spins Madly On (The Weepies) to inspire the permission of our lazy, Sunday morning roll, and Love (Matt White) to inspire your world of standing and spinning into the unknown.
The EA Physical Practice playlist is setup to be used three songs at a time, offering new flavors and colors to each of your explorations.
EA Imagination Practice Playlist (Spotify)
EA Imagination Practice Playlist (Apple Music)
This week I’ve added Pure Imagination (Superhuman, Quigley) to our EA Imagination Practice playlist.
The playlist begins with Perpetual Mobile (Penguin Cafe Orchestra) to ignite our Michael Chekhov work, welcome our mischievous Elysium Artist, and stir the feel of forward.
Songs are added weekly, inspiring new levels of permission and play as you cross the threshold into your playground of possibility.
It’s time to highlight a Substacker (or two) that’s sure to tickle the tastebuds and add some spice to this week’s work:
