Happy Wednesday! Welcome back to Acting Class Daily. Let’s dig in to this week’s personal crafting work - adding resources, recommendations, and troubleshooting tips inspired by the discoveries and challenges of EA teammates worldwide.
Pockets of Potential
As part of your DEAR, turn your attention to your Motivation Muscle:
Decide on a moment from your day when you were not motivated to earn excellence.
Specify the Daily Body button-pusher that de-motivated your Olympic Spirit.
Translate the taste of the button-pusher into Daily Body Dialogue.
Step-By-Step (class clip)
Motivational BPs
Discovering the personal button-pushers powering your Motivation Muscle:
Search for a Motivational button-pusher you believe would have made your Olympic Spirit ROAR in the face of the DB Dialogue.
Taste test by experiencing the DB Dialogue and then experiencing the Motivational BP.
Sharpen your Motivation BP until you find “the specific click” of when it absolutely, immediately, and always works for that DB Dialogue.
Build out a personal library of Motivational BPs by organizing each with the DB Dialogue it vanquishes.

How to Get Out of a Despairing Mood (The School of Life)
Members: Share a Motivational BP along with the DB Dialogue it defeats.
EA Physical Practice Playlist (Spotify)
EA Physical Practice Playlist (Apple Music)
This week I’ve added THREE new songs to our EA Physical Practice playlist.
I’m Forrest … Forrest Gump (Alan Silvestri) to invite the taste of touch, The Winner Is (DeVotchKa) to inspire the permission of our lazy, Sunday morning roll, and If You Wanna Sing Out, Sing Out (Cat Stevens) to inspire your world of standing and spinning into the unknown.
The EA Physical Practice playlist is setup to be used three songs at a time, offering new flavors and colors to each of your explorations.
EA Imagination Practice Playlist (Spotify)
EA Imagination Practice Playlist (Apple Music)
This week I’ve added Andante Con Moto (Nicholas Britell) to our EA Imagination Practice playlist.
The playlist begins with Perpetual Mobile (Penguin Cafe Orchestra) to ignite our Michael Chekhov work, welcome our mischievous Elysium Artist, and stir the feel of forward.
Songs are added weekly, inspiring new levels of permission and play as you cross the threshold into your playground of possibility.
It’s time to highlight a Substacker (or two) that’s sure to tickle the tastebuds and add some spice to this week’s work:
