Happy Wednesday! Welcome back to Acting Class Daily. Let’s dig in to this week’s personal crafting work - adding resources, recommendations, and troubleshooting tips inspired by the discoveries and challenges of EA teammates worldwide.
Simple Pieces of Choreography
Building off our Physical Practice baseline of doing nothing, introducing touch, and surrendering to our lazy, Sunday morning roll:
Allow the roll to lead into our 5 simple pieces of choreography.
… release the experience unapologetically with the phrase “My name is (__) and I feel very, very (__).”
Allow your body to come into standing - slumping and swinging into the unknown.

I Have No Apologies
As you spin & twirl into the unknown:
The moment you taste unexpected contact, open your eyes with full acceptance …
… and release the experience instantly with the phrase “My name is (__) and I have no apologies!”
Close your eyes and spin into the unknown.
Stage #4: Step-By-Step (class clip)
Sprained Ankle (class clip)
Members: Re-name the 5 simple pieces of choreography with unique nicknames (based on your experience with them). Let us know your favorite in the comments!
Starting today, the cherished songs I’ve assembled over 15+ years of evolving this work will be released weekly on a playlist just for you, dear subscribers.
It’s something I hope compliments and inspires your environment as you develop your practice and personal warmup.
This week I’ve added the first THREE songs to our EA Physical Practice playlist.
One to invite the taste of touch, another to inspire the permission of our lazy, Sunday morning roll, and the third to inspire us into the world of standing.
The EA Physical Practice playlist is setup to be used three songs at a time, offering new flavors and colors to each of your explorations.
