Members have access to my handwritten notes for each audio chapter, bonus resources, personal nicknacks and … a moment of magic.

The Notebook

Knick-Knacks

Here’s a peek at the stars of today’s chapter … my awesome plant and Utah Shakes mug!

The Plant

The Mug

Resources

Here’s my own creative communication capturing that “piece of paradise.”

Creative Communication

MUSIC

The taste of these two sung lines … just where I’ve started the music below:

Bodies in the sand.

Tropical drink melting in your hand.

IMAGE

OBJECT

Feels like a sleek, personal high-end tanning spray given to all guests at the resort … (with eyes closed of course)

EA Outros

Music inspired by our work, to carry us into the break.

“Roads? Where we’re going we won’t need roads …”

Plus, this week I’ve added THREE new songs to our EA Physical Practice playlist.

One to invite the taste of touch, another to inspire the permission of our lazy, Sunday morning roll, and the third to inspire the world of standing.

The playlist is setup to be used three songs at a time, offering new flavors and colors for each go at your Physical Practice.

Moment of Magic

Studio XRT (X Repertory Theatre - 2010)

Speaking of rockin’ a warm cup of coffee in hand …

The shot we use here for “Aaron’s Notes” is of me teaching at my first company, and first theatre space, the X Repertory Theatre Company in downtown Los Angeles.

This shot, more than any other, captures how at home I feel - and how comfortable I am in my own skin - when sharing the work.

Or, maybe it’s all the coffee … :-)
