Happy Tuesday! Welcome back to Acting Class Daily. We’re taking our weekly work further with access to my handwritten notes for each audio chapter, the glossary gigantum and … a new nominee for our digital wall.
Have a question about a phrase you’ve heard? Let us know and we’ll translate!
Elysium Artist; the version of you that fulfills your potential and crosses the finish line of Elysium.
When I think of our Elysium Artists, it’s the best of ourselves right?
It’s who we want to be when we grow up.
We talk about finding our path. Getting a good clear sense of our personal, artistic finish line.
We have to discover what that really means.
There are puzzle pieces we come across in our lives; mentors we’ve met, people we look at and say, “I want to be able to do that in the profession. I wanna be that sort of person …”
Those puzzle pieces comprise your Elysium Artist.
They give us a taste of our potential and a target of personal direction.
How can we work from that place of love? How do we see the best of, feel the best of, work off the best of everyone we collaborate with? How can every time/place we work feel like a gift?
Your Elysium Artist has figured those things out through a lifetime of experience … and so we do the work to discover and allow our Elysium Artist to be our guide in life.
We had a tradition of capturing quotes on the Elysium walls. The torch has now been passed to the digital realm. Here’s this week’s nominee … and the .GIF it inspires:
